DREAMS DO COME TRUE

   Its early in the morning in a small town called Accra where a young university girl,Adeola Obu lived. She woke up after a long night sleep and sat on her bed thinking,she was thinking about her dream of becoming a great makeup artist who will be recognised by alot of people,she sat for a while and then she said to herself "I can do this,i can make it if I try". she was determined in her heart to make it.     The following day, she began making up her self in her room during her free times and continued it daily.After a while she felt she needed to do more and so she started making up her friends.Along the line,she  began to watch make up videos on YouTube in order to learn and perfect her skills.   She kept practising her makeup skills and one day decided to start it professionally.she went out to look for jobs and got small jobs to do makeup for photo shoots.Things were not so smooth at first because she wasn't getting paid especially if she was be...

Scientists to help save alligator river from foreseen danger.

   T he Alligator River that carves a dark vein through 75 miles of freshest swamp on North Carolina's eastern shore face a threat yesterday,20th April after gaining protection for its habitat that safeguards rare species from the pressure that plague the Albermarle peninsula.      The Nature conservancy and partners purchased the last 8,500acres of unprotected land along the river and nearly 270,000acres along the fingers of freshwater and brackish marsh reaching inland from Albermarle sound have been preserved.     "Almost 500,00acres of protected land in northeastern North Carolina are extremely vulnerable to small changes in sea level",says Fred Annand,associate director of the conservancy's work in North Carolina.
