WONDERS SHALL NEVER END

  The sun glowed so high in the sky as Maria stepped out of her house which made her squint due to the reflection entering her eyes. She walked graciously as she crossed to the other side of the road.She stood there for a while as cars where passing her by and after a while she decided to stop a taxi.
"Master,i am going to academic city college", she said and the taxi man said the price is 50gh cedi..Hei! Hei! Hei! Maria screamed because the distance from her house to school wasn't worth that much but 5cedi instead .Look at me well,i look like jjc,(Johnnie just come) to you? Or abi I look like moron?The taxi man angrily opened the door of the car and came out.

       "Is it me you are talking to like that?are you mad or what?",the taxi man started bursting out.Maria on the other hand was trying to compose the right words to say as passengers by started looking because the man was yelling so loud.Why are you shouting this man,is it because I asked you a simple question;she responded.Before she could realise it the taxi man drew closer to her and held her neck.Leave me alone!leave me alone!leave me alone,i don't want to have any trouble with you,she kept yelling but the man refused and continued holding her neck.

   Seconds later,people began to draw closer to the scene as the saw  the man holding Maria's neck,they begged him to leave her alone but he refused and started hitting her profusely,he was held my some men in the crowd but he still managed to struggle his way back to her and started hitting her again and this time out of frustration and much anger,Maria used all her energy and kicked him to the floor and began to beat him mercilessly,none of the onlookers held her as they watch her give him the beating of his life.
